'Avengers: Infinity War' News: Casting For Extras In The UK

Marvel's "Avengers: Infinity War" is casting extras in the United Kingdom. Three roles are open and only those eligible to work in the UK can apply.

Those in the United Kingdom will be seeing more of the Earth's Mightiest Heroes as filming for "Avengers: Infinity War" moves from Atlanta to the United Kingdom, reports Comicbook. Moreover, the producers are looking for extras to cast in three specific roles namely "Males and Females," "Male Arm Amputees", as well as "Males and Females 4'9" or Smaller."

Males and Females

The description for this role, writes Comicbook, requires an extra that is aged 16 to 90 and is of any ethnicity. Fans will be delighted to know that no acting experience or background is necessary to apply. You must, however, have access to Edinburgh and the surrounding areas in order to film.

Male Arm Amputees

This role is more descriptive and limiting than the former one. It asks for adult extras, aged 30 to 40 years old all of whom must be arm amputees.

This means candidates who are looking forward to play an amputee when they aren't one, will have no chance of getting this role (sadly). Similar to the previous role, the amputee candidates must be near to the filming site which is at London and must also be free during the filming dates which run from March 20 to May 10.

Males and Females 4'9" or Smaller

Lastly, if you fit this description, then this is the chance to get back at your friends for calling you "smol" or "tiny." What's a better revenge than showing them that Marvel needs your small-ness.

Teenagers and adults alike, from 16 years old to 90 years old, are welcome to apply, writes Comicbook. One must be available all throughout the month of March for filming, seeing as no specific day has been listed. Easy access to London is also needed.

The last two roles are specific to the extent that they point to what the audience may see in theaters next year. Who knows what these roles are? Maybe we'll see Rocket the Racoon ordering another potential prank victim to steal an amputee's prosthetic.

"Avengers: Infinity War" is directed by the Russo Brothers and will involve superhero teams The Guardians of the Galaxy and the Avengers working together to defeat Thanos. Watch the first look below.
