Scout Willis boobs are making headlines after the 22-year-old daughter of Bruce Willis and Demi Moore took a rather controversial stroll in the streets of NYC while baring her breasts publicly. The brave gesture was of course not done by the lady for no apparent reason. She is actually trying to make a statement, one that screams protest against Instagram.

Scout Willis recently outdid herself after flaunting her boobs by going bra-less inside a see-through top when she hit the Hollywood red carpet earlier this month. This time, there's no see-through top to clothe (if it does cover anything) her body and there's no red carpet where she could flaunt her curves and make a statement. This time it's just Scout Willis, her boobs, a floral dress, a handbag, and the streets of New York City.

Scout Willis boob-baring gesture is said to be part of a growing online movement/protest called #FreeTheNipple against Instagram. According to CBC News Canada, Bruce Willis and Demi Moore's daughter walked completely topless to the streets of Manhattan after Instagram removed one of her photos.

Scout Willis shared her scandalous photos on Twitter and captioned it with: "What @instagram won't let you see #FreeTheNipple" and "Legal in NYC but not on @instagram."

Scout Willis pointed out that if it's legal for women to publicly bare their breasts in New York City, why couldn't it be legal on Instagram as well.

Based on her Twitter feed, Willis may have had issues with Instagram's community guidelines, after the said social media platform removed a photo she uploaded on May 20. The said picture features a sweatshirt with two topless women on it.

Right after she got an email notification that her photo was removed by Instagram in accordance to its community guidelines, Willis took to Twitter to share her thoughts about the anti-nudity policy of the social media platform.

Scout, shared the same photo on her Twitter account and captioned it with: "And because it was too damn racy for @instagram apparently....The Babe Bomber. For sale soon."

She then followed it up with a series of tweets against Instagram.

"Why does @instagram allow photos of heroin being used but deletes a photo of a print of some smoke shows without tops on???"

"Like people are legitimately selling heroin on @instagram but photos of breasts are just too much for this world..."

"Instagram private till further notice, haters keep reporting my photos and I m not trying to get... https://instagram.com/p/oPa2HwGOmj/"

Finally, she concluded her rant with: "Boycotting @instagram bye."

However, it seemed that Scout Willis protest didn't stop there. A few days after, she opened up a new Instagram account in an attempt to find out if the social network is indeed strict when it comes to following its community guidelines. Within 24 hours of opening the new account, it was once again deleted from the platform. And this led to another Twitter from the 22-year-old.

"Thinking of starting a new Instagram account as an experiment. Only beautiful, artistic nudes. And let's see how long till I get kicked off."

"Made a new Instagram, gonna post lots of beautiful photos of naked women I think.Tasteful, non aggressive, whomever wants to see can, if not."

"Well, let's just see how long they let me stay this time..."

Scout then tweeted a photo of Instagram's notice against her account and wrote: "Not even 24 hours before getting kicked off again...."

In one of her recent tweets, Scout Willis explained her protest and her boob-baring walk in NYC. "My comfort with my body should not be dictated by how others perceive me. However, I don't wish to force this view on anyone," she wrote. "If you don't like what you see, simply unfollow me."

Today, in response to Scout Willi's boob-baring protest. Instagram sent a statement to E! News, saying: "We try hard to find a good balance between allowing people to express themselves creatively and keeping Instagram a fun and safe place. Our guidelines put limitations on nudity and mature content. Once content is reported to us, we review it and remove if it violates our policies."

Meanwhile, amid her attempt to make a statement against Instagram, Scout Willis has gotten a lot of negative feedback from netizens.

"WHY????? Attention is my guess. GROSSS," one netizen wrote.

"Another nobody seeking attention," one commented.

"Guess this dog-faced, no-talent is REALLY hoping for a spread in Playboy. Not happening Scout. Not happening," another wrote.

"Oh this spoiled rich little girl. Doesn't know the real mean on being a woman. Please put your clothes on, and read some books. It may do you some good," another netizen said.
