Jenna Uskowitz dating relationship with Michael Trevino may have been ruined all thanks to 'Vampire Diaries' lead actress Nina Dobrev, after rumors that Trevino dumped the former for his co-star surfaced.

It's official Jenna Ushkowitz is not dating TV actor Michael Trevino anymore after sharing a what seemed like a 3-year milestone for celebrity couples, TV Guide has learned.

Ushkowitz, 28, famous for her role on FOX's Glee, has formally announced that she and the 29-year-old 'Vampire Diaries' actor have called it quits. The Glee star reportedly announced the breakup at the premiere event for The Normal Heart in Beverly Hills on May 19.

"No, we're not together anymore," Jenna Ushkowitz said then about her recently ended dating relationship with Trevino.

At the premiere event, the actress was asked by a videographer about her dating status, and when she revealed that she and Trevino have broken up, the videographer quickly apologized. But it seemed the break up didn't end with a strained note as the 28-year-old even said, "That's OK. No worries," adding that they are still in good terms with each other. "We're Wonderful," she claimed.

While most if not all of celebrity couples who have called it quits would divulge the break up through official statements, Jenna Ushkowitz was not apprehensive in confirming the split publicly. Nevertheless, she didn't say anything about the main reason why they broke up.

Meanwhile, rumors that Michael Trevino has fallen for his TVD co-actor Nina Dobrev surfaced in time with the split, leading some to believe that Jenna Ushkowitz's dating life may have been ruined by the 25-year-old actress.

In one of Dobrevs recent Instagram posts, she shared a photo showing her with Trevino bowling, and she even captioned it with: "There's a method to our madness #danger." Fans were quick to judge that Nina Dobrev may have already found a replacement for her on-again off-again boyfriend and 'Vampire Diaries' co-lead Ian Somerhalder.

"Nina Dobrev is reportedly dating her 'The Vampire Diaries' co-star Michael Trevino, who plays Tyler Lockwood in the CW series.' HELL NO!!!" one Twitter used wrote.

It isn't clear if Michael Trevino ended his romance with Jenna Ushkowitz for Dobrev. All parties involved have been tight-lipped since the rumor surfaced.
