Tracy Morgan's crash video has been leaked online by famous entertainment and gossip Web site TMZ; however, many have raised their concern over the circulation of the footage, one of them being Judd Apatow, who took to Twitter to appeal to the said site to take down its uploaded video footage, The Hollywood Reporter has learned.

Tracy Morgan's highly publicized car crash has reached a more public level when TMZ released a footage of the crash scene and its aftermath. The tragic accident in the New Jersey Turnpike in Cadbury has made headlines for killing veteran comedian James "James Mick" McNair and leaving "30 Rock" star Tracy Morgan and three others injured and in critical condition.

In his attempt to convince TMZ to remove the Tracy Morgan car crash video footage, Judd Apatow wrote on Twitter: "Take it down TMZ. Now. Pease." Hours later, he followed it up with: "@HarveyLevinTMZ please take down the accident video."

According to several reports, the video footage that TMZ uploaded on its site was taken by a passing driver shortly after the weekend accident in New Jersey. In the footage, comedian Ardie Fuqua's unconscious body could be seen being pulled from the wreckage by rescuers.

Fuqua was reportedly with Tracy Morgan in the limousine when the accident happened. He did the opening act at Morgan's comedy show in Delaware the night before the tragic incident.

Meanwhile, Louis C.K. has also joined Apatow's plea for TMZ to remove the footage. In one of his tweets, C.K. even noted that "[Ardie's] brave daughter has asked them to take it down. They won't"

Here is Fuqua's daughter Krizya Fuqua's Instagram message to TMZ: "I honestly would like to petition for TMZ to remove this video. They don't understand how hurtful it is to see my father be dragged out of the wreckage. Along with all the false information on his condition. I understand people want to know and people want to be updated, but enough is enough. This is hurting my heart so bad that this video is posted for all to see. No one should see my father this way. All I ask is to kindly be left alone so that way my father and everyone else can recover in peace. Enough is enough. Please TMZ remove this video."

In related news, Kevin Roper, the driver of the truck that stimulated the tragic incident, has pleaded not guilty in his first court appearance. Roper has since been charged with vehicular homicide and assault by mobile, but was freed on $50,000 bail. If convicted of all the charges filed against him, Roper could face up to 5 years in prison.
