Tamara Ecclestone's 70 million pounds worth mansion is fitting for one of the daughters of Formula 1 chief Bernie Ecclestone, whose net worth is estimated to be over 3 Billion Pounds.
Bernie's daughter, Tamara and Peta, are living the good extravagant life and they surely are not the type to hide it. In fact, Tamara is stealing the spotlight and making headlines recently with her 70 million pounds worth mansion that is nestled in the most expensive street in London, Kensington Palace Gardens.
Aside from its luxury and grandiose form, Tamara Ecclestone's 70 million home is getting a lot of attention for the fact that it is just across the home of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge.
For something as expensive as Tamara's crib, it is not surprising that armed guards are conspicuously guarding the place. Actually, the entire Kensington Palace Gardens is also well guarded given the high-profile residents in the area.
Bernie's 30-year-old daughter, Tamara Ecclestone is not the only one living in the 70 million mansion. Her husband, Jay Rutland and their five-month-old daughter Sophia are staying at her place as well.
Structurally speaking, Tamara Ecclestone's mansion is a four-storey house built in the early 1900s. It's value has increased throughout the years especially when Tamara decided to renovate the entire building two years ago with the help of LA-based designer Gavin Brodin.
"It's rare for these houses to come on the market," Tamara once said. "The minute I walked in, I knew it would be a wonderful family home. It had a great energy. I felt it could be a home for life."
Tamara Ecclestone's home has 57 rooms and clearly not all of them are being used by the family of 3.
"We seem to live in three rooms at most: the kitchen, where I make breakfast - that's my forte; the sitting room, to relax and watch TV; and our bedroom where Sophia also has her cot," she gushed.
Of course, Tamara's sister, Petra, is also boasting her fair share of wealthy living.
Petra owns a Hollywood mansion famously called "The Manor" which is valued at 88 million pounds.
The 56,000 square feet mansion is described as a "masterful opulence once only reserved for nobility." And indeed it is reserved for nobility since it houses 14 humongous bedrooms and walk-in closets, 27 bathrooms, bowling alley, hair salon and a couple of gift-wrapping rooms.
