Suge Knight is dead. At least that's what an alarming news article is currently spreading on the Internet. The founder of Death Row Records is believed to have been killed following the tragic incident that almost left him knocked out after getting shot twice.

"SUGE KNIGHT STABBED TO DEATH IN HOSPITAL WHILE RECOVERING FROM GUN SHOT WOUNDS..." read the title of the circulating report that claims Suge Knight is dead.

The report about Marion Hugh "Suge" Knight's alleged death was published by Cream BMP Daily.

In the article, Suge Knight was said to have been killed at the hospital where he is currently staying and being treated of the gunshot wounds he obtained during the pre-VMA party that was hosted by Chris Brown.

"I think more people are surprised that Suge Knight was still alive now that he's finally dead," a security guard on duty at the hospital was quoted by the Cream BMP Daily.

The statement continued by claiming that the guard saw Suge Knight's body being "rolled out of the hospital."

"Suge Knight was pronounced dead at 11 pm after a masked man stabbed the former death row record executive to death while he laid wounded in his hospital bed," the report further claimed.

"With so many people hating one man, the suspect could be Dr Dre all the way to the lizard in Geico Commercials. We just don't know," a police commissioner was then quoted saying.

Apparently, the alarming news about Suge Knight's death is very questionable. Hence, many fans began to question its veracity on social media.

"Is Suge Knight really dead?" one fan wrote on Twitter.

"@sugeknight found dead last night? Whaaa?? R.I.P #DeathRowRecords #DeathRow #OneOutLaw" a Brandon Hanlon gushed.

"Damn Suge Knight dead! Rest in Peace!" another Twitter user wrote.

Fortunately, it was found out later on that the report was actually one of those infamous celebrity death hoaxes.

International Business Times noted that Cream BMP Daily is actually a "satire" site similar to Global Associated News and Media Mass - two notorious sites that have been spreading false reports since last year.

On its About page, Cream BMP describes the nature of its content, saying, "CreamBmp.com Written by comedian CREAM. This website is comprised of satire and parody of current news and urban culture. For entertainment purposes only."

TMZ clarified that Suge Knight's death report is simply impossible because the 49-year-old is expected to make a full recovery despite getting hit twice. He is currently staying at a West Hollywood hospital.

"Chris hosted an event in Los Angeles last night to celebrate the upcoming release of his album X, during which an incident occurred," Brown's rep told Hollywood Life in the wake of the bloody incident. "This incident did not involve Chris; he was merely the host of the event. He has and will continue to cooperate with the investigation."

Suge Knight's shooter is still at large and no pertinent info on his identity is available as of late.

Suge Knight joins a long list of celebrities who became victims of these notorious death hoaxes. Some of the big names that were reportedly killed in death hoaxes include: Justin Bieber, Celine Dion, Blake Lively, Will Smith, Selena Gomez, and Woody Harrelson, among others.
