The 'Chicago Fire' cast members are currently mourning the death of one of their costars, actress Molly Glynn, who unfortunately passed away on Saturday after getting hit by a tree while biking,  MovieFone.com has learned.

Officials say that Glynn had been riding her bike in the Erickson Woods Forest Preserve  when she was struck with a tree during the storm.

After it was confirmed that Glynn has passed away at 46, the 'Chicago Fire' cast members were stunned and devastated.

"It was harsh and quick," Glynn's husband Joe Foust, who was also present at the time when the 'Chicago Fire' cast member went biking on the North Branch.

Foust revealed in an interview following the incident that he heard a loud crack and saw the tree falling down behind him in the rear-view mirror of his bicycle.

He also gushed that he had to dial for emergency services before he could get through because of the storm.

Foust also gushed that a strong wind may have been responsible for uprooting the tree that took the life of his wife.

'Chicago Fire' cast member Molly Glynn is survived by her two sons, Chance, 17, and Declan, 13.

Unfortunately, things continued to go gloomy for the actors of the show after it was found out on the same day, Saturday, that another one of their co-actors, Bernie Yvon, died following a tragic accident involving the vehicle he was in and a semi-trailer in Munster, noted the Chicago Tribune.

Yvon was reportedly on his way for the rehearsal of the musical titled "Woman On The Verge of a Nervous Breakdown," where he is appearing starting its opening next week.

"We are all in shock and denial," veteran artistic director of the Theatre at the Center in Munster, William Pullinsi, said.

The 'Chicago Fire' actor was pronounced dead on Saturday afternoon after the tragic incident that took place at 11 a.m. at Calumet Avenue and Broadmoor Street in Munster.
