After the season 3 finale of Revenge leaving the audiences with great expectations, the new season premiere on September 28 made a truly explosive comeback. Revenge Season 4 may be a new season, but Emily and Victoria are still battling their old fight.
With Revenge Season 3's remarkably high ratings, the series' newest season was highly anticipated to deliver the comparable raves and responses from its viewers. On its season 4, it depicted the characters' diverse dilemma and the continuing battle for main characters Emily and Victoria.
Revenge's latest season is greatly awaited after the enthralling season 3 finale of the series. Season 4 will showcase Victoria's escape from asylum, David Clarke's comeback in the Hamptons while Emily is enjoying her new acquisition of the Grayson Manor with Jack as a policeman. With all those teasers, fans are definitely going nuts over the most anticipated father and daughter reunion of David Clark and Emily.
All the way from its first season up to Revenge's season 3, the Emily-Victoria faceoff still continues on its latest season. In its explosive debut, The Renaissance episode started with Victoria being held captive in a mental asylum. Meanwhile, Emily appeared to be enjoying her ownership of the Grayson Manor along with Nolan. Emily's revenge continues in the new season developments.
In the meantime, David Clarke is planning his return to the Hamptons in a remote cabin. Margaux and Daniel are not part of each other's lives anymore. While Jack Porter joined the police and is now a cop, Charlotte, on the other hand, keeps visiting Carl. Daniel and Charlotte have no idea that Victoria is in a mental institution.
Emily is still hurt over Aiden's death, while Victoria's gloom was over Pascal's death. Victoria blames Emily over his death but Emily reveals that she didn't kill him but Conrad instead. At first, Emily's ownership of the Grayson Manor stunned Victoria but then seeks her help.
On the previous season, Jack had kidnapped Charlotte. But she continually appears on Jack's life on the series' season 4, her way of reminding him that she did not forget about his abduction of her. As the season progresses, Emily seems to settle down on her possession of the Grayson Manor quite well. She took Victoria's room and is now the one who watches the Hamptons from the balcony.
Before David Clarke's appearance on Revenge's season premiere, David was resurrected on Season 3 where he appeared as Conrad's designated driver and who stabbed his archenemy to death. Going back to season 4, upon viewing her previous home from her Grayson Manor balcony, Emily thinks that someone is in her house and heads to check. She enters but leaves immediately after seeing nobody inside the house. The moment Emily closes the door; David Clarke comes out of his hiding place. Last spoiler alert, after her revengeful visit to Emily, Victoria sees David Clark and it's the last thing she makes out after she fainted.
The latest season premiere is equally as thrilling and exciting as Revenge's Season 3. And with the much-anticipated reunion of Emily and David Clarke, it is without a doubt that the series' new season will rake high ratings and earn great reviews.
