Halle Berry Demands for Child Support from Gabriel Aubry Who Claims She Made Him Too Ugly To Work

On October of this year, Hollywood actress Halle Berry and her lawyer filed a case against former male supermodel and the father of her child, Gabriel Aubry regarding his obligation to pay for child support on a monthly basis. From $16,000 a month, Berry's camp has reduced it to $3,800.
Aubry reasons out that he is hard up these days to support his child because he is too ugly to work and it is all due to the fact that Berry's current partner Olivier Martinez beat him resulting to some damage on his face. It was Thanksgiving when that fight happened with Martinez and it is the reason why it is now making him difficult to get a modeling gig. According to the former supermodel, it took about 6 months before he was able to recuperate from that evening's fight. Aubry also said that he only had three modeling gigs since that incident, which makes him jobless for about 2 years now.
Meanwhile, TMZ said that they have records of him being well after 6 weeks from that said fight. There are also evidences obtained by TMZ stating that Aubry is using the supposedly child support money for his personal needs. The documents revealing all these are exclusive and only Berry's lawyer have access to them.
Berry's lawyer stated that the reduced amount for the child support they are asking is reasonable enough for Nahla, who is now 6 years old. Berry also said that there is no law stating that an active man could just get away with child support since the child's mother is wealthier.
The expenses that their daughter need are about $6K when Berry's lawyer broke down everything in a list. It is definitely lower than the original amount of $16K. As of now, there are no updates yet if Aubry agreed with the new amount.
