Floyd Mayweather's infamy has peaked the most in 2014.

Just late last month, the current pound-for-pound boxing king had been charged of yet another domestic violence case by former partner Shantel Jackson, a.k.a "Miss Jackson. A few weeks after, his 14-year old son Koraun, alleged to the entire world how much a "coward" his father was as he discussed the undefeated boxer's physical abuse towards his former wife.

Now, Mayweather is once again put in the limelight, this time for bearing witness to the murder-suicide case of rapper and former associate Earl Hayes. In a report by TMZ, Hayes contacted Mayweather through FaceTime on Monday morning, threatening to kill his wife, VH1 star Stephanie Moseley. The entire incident took place at the couple's lavish Palazzo Communities apartment complex in the Los Angeles Fairfax District.

In a separate report by KTLA, law enforcement officers were called on to the scene at around 7:30 in the morning, after an unidentified witness claimed to have heard a woman screaming, followed by ten gunshots afterwards.

Further reports state that Mayweather was pleading for Hayes not to pull the trigger, but to no avail. Hayes shot Moseley, whom he claims was having an affair, before shooting himself to death.

Hayes was a part of "The Money Team" under Mayweather's label "Philthy Rich Records."

The undefeated boxer and reigning WBC welterweight champion, who was described to be still in a "state of shock," has yet to publicly divulge further details of what he saw, but he did confirm that he did witness the incident first hand.

In another report by TMZ, Mayweather will now be called in for questioning by the Los Angeles Police Department.
