Ryan Gosling and Eva Mendes are reportedly breaking up, Daily Mail reported.

Ryan Gosling and Eva Mendes are planning to call it quits just three months after their baby was born. A report in "OK! Magazine" revealed that the couple is allegedly living separate lives.

Mendes is staying in Los Angeles with the baby while Gosling is filming "The Nice Guys" in Georgia.  Although the set up may sound normal, sources say it is deeper than that.

"It's more than just run-of-the-mill stress that comes with having a newborn. They're barely talking," the source said.

The set up has been difficult for Gosling since he wanted to see his daughter often. Mendes is reportedly firm in setting boundaries, according to Hollywood Life.

"Eva has pushed him away. So instead of coming home every night to them, he's jetting back and forth just so he can see his daughter," the source added.

Mendes is allegedly planning to file full custody for their daughter since she felt she was the only one taking care of the baby, Celebuzz reported.

"Eva has been the primary, hands-on parent with Ryan away working so much, so she believes full custody is warranted," the insider said.

This is not the first time that Mendes has expressed the challenges of being hands on parent. The actress has shared the details in her recent interviews.

 "I'm so incredibly tired," Mendes said on the "Ellen Degeneres Show."

"Esmeralda has two amazing grandmothers and incredible aunties who come over and help me," the actress said in a magazine interview.

The couple has also faced break up rumors even before. The pair broke up in 2013 but continued to see each other casually. When Mendes got pregnant, the pair decided to give the relationship a second chance to provide a better family for their daughter.

As of this time, neither Mendes nor Gosling has released an official statement about the alleged split.
