Undercover Boss Bikinis: Owner Of Bar Attracts Criticisms After Firing Girl For Not Wearing Bikini Top

Undercover Boss Bikinis - The owner of a restaurant chain in Texas has been subjected to a barrage of criticisms after he fired an employee on national television for not wearing a bikini top.
Doug Guller, who owns the Bikinis Sports Bar and Grill, was featured on CBS's Undercover Boss over the weekend when the incident was aired. Guller posed - in a disguise - as a worker at the spot for a night to observe how his employees are performing. At the end of the day he dished out his impressions and conclusion - and this is where he attracted the ire of the public.
Guller had criticized an employee called Jessica for not wearing a bikini top - since obviously the "breastaurant" views it as important for all female employees to don bikini tops and jean shorts. But Jessica told him that she was wearing a shirt because she did not feel comfortable baring her body on television.
This obviously did not go down well with Guller, who said "it is a big bummer from my point of view." Despite the fact that he also touched on some other of his displeasures with her performance, it is clear that Guller fired Jessica because she wasn't 'showing some skin' on the night.
While those comments alone had won Guller a bad image on social media...
It clearly wasn't over...
After Guller fires Jessica - obviously she was sobbing - he offers to "get her resume out there" saying he knows a lot of people in Austin and Dallas. But this doesn't impress Jessica one bit who responds rhetorically "I will be sure to go to the one guy, give you my resume, who just fired me."
Guller also spoke to another employee identified as Grace, whom he described as "the model Bikinis babe."Despite being apparently impressed by her work, he offers to help her improve by providing her with breast implants. Notwithstanding the fact that Grace was happy about her new "boobies", the entire episode - particularly that incident - has been a source of controversy.
The Undercover Boss Bikinis incident has gone viral and made the headline in many publications.
There have been calls for CBS to pull the plug on Undercover Boss since the bikini incident, but experts say it is highly unlikely that the company will be considering that decision as the contentious episode was calculatedly aired to attract viewers with its thorny subject.
