Olivier Martinez, known for his "Revenge" character Pascal LeMarchal, is currently making a buzz after he reportedly shove an LAX employee to the ground. According to the reports, the 48-year-old actor lost his cool when paparazzi got a little too close to his family, wife Halle Berry, 14-month-old son Maceo and Berry's 6-year-old daughter Nahla.
In a video released by the New York Daily News, "Revenge" actor Olivier Martinez was seen shoving an airport employee to the ground with his son's empty car seat as his family pushed through the gathering crowd of photographers. It was also reported that the victim appeared to be attempting to get a picture of the famous couple.
After things got out of control at the Los Angeles Airport, TMZ reported that "Revenge" star was an identified suspect in a battery investigation. As reported by the LAX police, the employee was treated at the scene after complaining for abdominal pain but was eventually taken to a hospital. Later, the victim filed a battery report against Martinez.
The incident was the not the first time that Olivier Martinez was involved in an assault allegation. According to USA Today, a similar scene occurred last year when the family arrived after a vacation in Hawaii. The Urban Daily added that as the paparazzi swarmed the trio causing Berry to yell out at them for being too close to her daughter, the "Revenge" actor flipped out and went on the attack.
Meanwhile, the video that captured the attack also showed a photographer screaming about assault, Us Weekly reported.
"Violence in front of children! I hope he doesn't hit you at home," one photographer shouted.
And as the police assisted the family, the victim came rushing out to the car telling the authorities that he was pressing charges, E! News reported.
"Revenge" actor Olivier Martinez is no stranger to physical altercation incidents. Two years ago, Martinez was treated at a hospital for injuries caused by a brawl with Berry's ex, Gabriel Aubry, over the custody battle for their daughter.
