Secret Service Colombia Prostitution Scandal: Ousted Agent David Chaney Joked About 'Checking Out' Sarah Palin

One of the Secret Service supervisors ousted for allegedly soliciting prostitutes while on assignment in Colombia also worked alongside Sarah Palin and made lewd jokes about her appearance on his Facebook page -- but she may have had the last laugh.
David Randall Chaney, one of two supervisors and 11 Secret Service agents being investigated for misconduct, posted several pictures of him on duty standing behind the former vice presidential candidate in 2009, wearing black sunglasses and a suit, the Washington Post found.
"I was really checking her out, if you know what I mean? [sic]," Chaney, a 48-year-old married man with an adult son, wrote in the comments section.
Chaney and Greg Stokes, an assistant special agent in charge of the K-9 division, were two Secret Service supervisors responsible for younger, more inexperienced agents who went to Colombia ahead of President Obama's visit to the Summit of the Americas last weekend. Up to 21 agents and military personnel are suspected of picking up about 20 or 21 prostitutes at a nightclub in Cartagena after a night of drinking, and bringing them back to their five-star hotel. The Secret Service announced Wednesday that three had been dismissed.
Palin reacted to Chaney's Facebook comments in an appearance on Fox News Thursday night.
"Well, this agent who was kind of ridiculous there in posting pictures and comments about checking someone out," Palin told Fox's Greta Van Susteren. "Well, check this out, bodyguard - you're fired. And I hope his wife sends him to the doghouse. As long as he's not eating the dog, along with his former boss," said Palin, joking about another controversy in which conservative bloggers accused Obama of eating dog meat as a child in Indonesia.
"Greta, you know," Palin continued, "a lot of people will just, I guess say that this is boys being boys. And boys will be boys, but they shouldn't be in positions of authority."

A screenshot of the Facebook picture and comments grabbed by the New York Daily News shows that Chaney had a lewd sense of humor. When one friend joked in a comment if one of the button Palin was wearing was of him because it's "hard to tell because of the light," Chaney responded, "well if it was could you blame her, anything to satisfy a stalker."
Other Facebook pictures show Chaney with his son on vacation beside a belly dancer with a sequined bikini top.
"Not in front of my son," Chaney joked in the comments section, according to the Post. The Daily Mail has the photo.
