‘Empire’ Season 1 Episode 7 [SPOILERS]: Lucious Is Dying?! Will An Explosive Confession Affect ‘Our Dancing Days’ Episode?

"Empire" Season 1 Episode 7 Spoilers - Ever since "Empire" debuted last Jan. 7, it instantly became FOX's biggest show, which outshined "American Idol" and "Gotham." And as the hit primetime hip-hop drama airs its seventh episode tonight, it promises to charm the viewers to further understand the celebrity nature of the show from an entertainment viewpoint.
During last week's episode, the show left some shocking and mind-boggling scenes. Luscious Lyon's (Terrence Howard) life continues to cave in around him as he started to feel the effects of ALS, International Business Times reported. But in "Empire" Season 1 Episode 7, will Luscious finally reveal that he's dying from ALS? What will be the effect of his deteriorating condition?
"Tension mounts between Hakeem and Jamal, as Lucious attempts to brand Empire Entertainment as a tight-knit, 'family-run' company," "Empire" Season 1 Episode 7 official synopsis reads. "Meanwhile, Cookie and Anika don't hold anything back when it comes to taking over the company."
Aside from Lucious' impending confession in "Empire" Season 1 Episode 7, the former drug dealer-turned-hip hop mogul and Empire Entertainment CEO will also face difficult challenges on his health condition. According to KDramaStars, the episode will be filled with drama with Lucious' sudden collapse, with him losing his voice at the showcase and his hospital visit.
However, more intense scenes are also expected as Lucious finally confirms that he's been diagnosed with ALS and reveals the fact that he's dying. The emotional confession caused a major blow up to the Lyons. But Cookie (Taraji P. Henson), who was furious over Lucious' engagement to Anika (Grace Gealey), will prove her unconditional love for her ex-husband, Fashion & Style shared. And what comes next will be really unexpected... the kiss!
In "Empire's" Season 1 Episode 7 titled, "Our Dancing Days," Cookie will also face her own struggles especially when she's forced to clear up some issues between her feuding sons, Jamal (Jussie Smollett) and Hakeem (Bryshere Y. Gray). Latin Times added the new episode will also feature a father and daughter reunion, plus the other dramas involving Hakeem's older woman (Naomi Campbell), Jamal's baby momma and a glimpse of Andre's (Trai Byers) apparent melt down.
The upcoming episode will also be a huge moment in Lucious' career as some big-time investors visit Empire Entertainment for a huge showcase. But since he's unable to speak due to the symptoms of ALS, Cookie will come to his rescue to step in and manages to close some deals before the event is over.
