The Oscar-and-Emmy-nominated actress, Taraji P. Henson is taking "Saturday Night Live" by storm as she becomes the show's host this weekend. But will she prove that she's like Cookie Lyon in real life?

In the "SNL" episode teaser, 44-year-old Taraji P. Henson let loose her inner Cookie Lyon, the character she portrays in the hit TV series "Empire," as she surprisingly slapped cast member Taram Killam. She also taught Killam on how to confront another "SNL" cast member Kyle Mooney for sleeping in his dressing room.

What's more interesting in the three-minute and twenty-six-second compiled promotional clip is when Killam retaliates on Taraji P. Henson by screwing up the shoot of the promo several times. And wait, there's more - who would want to miss the "Empire" parody called "Umpire," which is about a family of baseball umpires?

Catch Taraji P. Henson and musical guests Mumford and Sons as they conquer "Saturday Night Live" this Saturday, April 11 at 11:30 p.m. on NBC. Meanwhile, watch the promo video below and be the judge on how Henson's Cookie Lyon character handles a problem.
