Dennis Quaid's net worth and career are on the verge of suffering terrible repercussions after his infamous meltdown that was caught on cam.... or so we thought.
Apparently the 61-year-old actor made headlines at the start of the week when a footage of his terrible meltdown on set was caught on cam. The video became viral instantly with many fans and general viewers slamming Quaid for throwing expletives on set.
However, there were also some who thought that Quaid's tantrum was too good to be true such that they are pointing their fingers at Jimmy Kimmel for possibly being the mastermind of a supposed to be shocking but humorous skit, reports The Daily Beast.
Nevertheless, Kimmel has come clean about his involvement in Quaid's meltdown and revealed that it was actually part of a Funny or Die sketch.
A full video on what really happened on set reveals that Quaid was actually throwing a fit over the people and things that were on set at the time of filming. And it appears that he was describing all of them literally.
Meanwhile, prior to the revelation, many fans wondered whether Dennis Quaid's net worth was affected by his uncalled for outburst, according to Entertainment Weekly.
Obviously, the answer to this is a big NO! The American actor still has his wealth intact. In fact, he may be adding more cash under his name now that he's made such a great publicity for himself through his meltdown sketch.
