Caitlyn Jenner Felony Case Dismissed?; ‘I Am Cait’ Star Takes A Break With Kendall Jenner

Caitlyn Jenner may only be charged with misdemeanor vehicular manslaughter instead of a felony case, following the February car crash in Malibu that left Kim Howe, 69, dead.
Reports said that there were no drugs, alcohols, talking or texting on the phone involved in the incident. It was only negligence, which is not a criminal case, Daily Mail has learned.
This conclusion was made by the authorities following a thorough examination of the footage on the incident. Reports said that cases like this one, when presented to the District Attorney, is commonly dismissed.
Howe, then Bruce Jenner's neighbor, died in a four-car crash on the freeway after the Escalade of the "I Am Cait" star hit her Lexus on the Pacific Coast Highway.
Adding to the lawsuit filed against Jenner was Hollywood agent Jessica Steindorff, whose license at the time was apparently suspended. She sued the 65-year-old actor for serious injuries and loss of wages.
On the other hand, the battle is not over yet for Jenner because local prosecutors are reportedly considering criminal charges.
Meanwhile, Jenner will be presented with the Arthur Ashe Courage Award on Wednesday by the The ESPYs. The selection stirred debates on social media, questioning the decision and saying it was a bad move.
Maura Mandt of MaggieVision Productions, in a column for Sports Illustrated, wrote, "I think Caitlyn's decision to publicly come out as a transgender woman and live as Caitlyn Jenner displayed enormous courage and self-acceptance."
She said that one of the biggest platforms of Ashe is educational, and this decision will give an opportunity to teach people about issues such as Jenner's. She strongly believes that the right choice was made.
On a lighter note, Jenner was spotted having lunch with her daughter, Kendall Jenner, who recently got back from Paris Fashion Show Week. Caitlyn and Kendall, along with Hailey Baldwin, were seen at Sugarfish in Beverly Hills, Saturday, US Weekly reported.
It appears that amid the controversies, Caitlyn Jenner knows how to take a break and spend quality time with her family and friends.
