"Madden NFL 16" is set to be released on Aug. 25, 2015. But before it does, let's check out those team ratings first, and do some recap with the soundtrack and the free trial access.
It's AFC North's turn and it appears that Pittsburgh Steelers, Cincinnati Bengals and Baltimore Ravens are going to win the fight for this division as they all tie up for 84 OVR, according the recent update of EA Sports. Meanwhile, Cleveland Brown is at 75 OVR.
Overall Team Strengths (OVR) of Halfbacks (HB), holder of offensive positions, were pretty good. Steelers' Le'Veon Bell was at 95, while Bengals' Jeremy Hill was at 86 and Ravens' Justin Forsett at 87.
Meanwhile, Browns' Isaiah Crowell was at 74 OVR along with Terrance West and Duke Johnson — both at 73 OVR — would compete for the starting HB slot. Moving on to the soundtrack, "Madden NFL 16" appeared to be more interested with new artists and new music.
"For the last few years, our 'Madden' soundtracks focused on recreating the stadium experience," Steve Schnur, EA executive, said in a statement.
"But with 'Madden NFL 16,' we've now returned to our roots for introducing new artists and new music," he added.
There are 30 songs in the soundtrack according to Game Spot. Some tracks may be familiar, but there are brand-new ones from artists, such as Robert DeLong, Youngblood Hawke, Brooke Candy, Jimi Charles Moody and many more.
The songs can be accessed through a Spotify playlist. Microsoft announced last month that a new Xbox One with 1TB bundle comes with a copy of a "Madden NFL" 12-moth EA Access Membership.
Those who have that Access Membership can start playing the soundtrack five days before the football game is released.
Finally, the game trial. Starting Aug. 20, EA Access subscribers will be able to play full-game trial of the "Madden NFL 16" before it goes public.
The trial period has been reportedly extended from six hours to ten hours. The increase, if it's permanent, hasn't been confirmed yet. Polygon reached out to EA and was informed by a rep that the company hasn't set any standards for EA Access trial time but confirmed that the trial will last for five days.
"Madden NFL 16" will be available in PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360 and Xbox One platform.
