As for @Dreamergirlwa91, she wrote, "@TheRock @ZacEfron @THR I can't even right now. This is going to be the best movie and I might not make it trough it."
The story of "Baywatch" centers on the character of Johnson, a serious life guard, who had to team up with the character of Efron, a hot-headed young man who doesn't have regard for rules. TV Guide has learned that they both needed to save their beach from the hands of an oil tycoon who wanted to destroy it.
"Horrible Bosses" Seth Gordon is going to helm the film, according to New York Daily News. Meanwhile Johnson, together with his partner Dan Garcia, reportedly will produce the new film under their Seven Bucks Productions Banner.
"Baywatch" was categorized by IMDb as in development. There is no information yet on the release date, but according to The Hollywood Reporter, the film production may start early in 2016, probably February.
Efron recently wrapped up the production for his movie with Adam Devine and Anna Kendrick, "Mika and Dave Need Wedding Dates."
