"Arrow" Season 4 is set to premiere on Oct. 7, Wednesday. Are you ready for the latest cast news?
Emily Bett Rickard's character, Felicity, will get a surprise visit from her mom, Donna Smoak, a character reprised by Charlotte Ross.
TV Line reported that Starling City will get another call from Charlotte Ross, a fan favorite, who will appear in episode six of Season 4. The nature of her visit was kept confidential though.
According to Comicbook.com, Charlotte Ross' character Donna Smoak made her debut appearance in "Arrow" Season 3 last fall, where she encouraged her daughter Felicity to heed what her heart dictated toward Oliver Queen, Stephen Amell's character.
Ross commented on the positive reaction of fans to her character. She said, "I've been in this business for a while and I've never seen anything like it... I'm just so overwhelmed with gratitude."
Meanwhile, in case you haven't heard, there's a developing feud between "WWE Monday Night Raw" wrestler Stardust aka Cody Rhodes and "Arrow" lead star Stephen Amell. It started as an amusing social media bickering but has now grown to outrageous proportions, which culminated in a brief confrontation in the ring last week, as per Screen Rant.
Since Stardust joined the "WWE", he has been emerging into a villain inspired by comic books, regularly indulging in eccentric speeches amidst matches and over-the-top antics. It seemed imminent that he would search for a hero to provide as counterbalance to his character.
The two will settle their conflict in the ring during the "WWE SummerSlam 2015."
Stardust and King Barrett, his wrestling partner released a video message aimed at Stephen Amell, in anticipation for the coming event. Stardust aka the Prince of Dark Matter, called Amell "overzealous" before his partner took over and called the "Arrow" star a "maggot."
"WWE SummerSlam" is slated for Aug. 23 in Brooklyn.
