WWE dominated the television screen once again after the annual SummerSlam event in Barclay Center on Sunday.
For those who were not able to witness the breathtaking fights, AV Club was able to share some of most important highlights of the event.
Here are the results among the most remarkable battles:
WWE World Heavyweight Championship and United States Championship - Seth Rollins defeated John Cena.
Fatal Fourway Tag Team Championship - New Day defeated the Prime Time Players, Lucha Dragons, and Los Matadores.
Triple Threat/ Intercontinental Championship - Neville and Stephen Amell defeated Stardust and King Barrett; Ryback defeated the Miz and Big Show.
The Undertaker won against Brock Lesnar.
No Winner: Dolph Ziggler vs. Rusev
The yearly wrestling event was hosted by "The Daily Show's" Jon Stewart. According to Stewart, it was nice going "back to reality."
"I've spent the last 16 years talking politics. I'm glad to be back in reality," he was quoted as saying by IGN. Mick Foley co-hosted the event.
Both of them were reportedly scared to interview Brock Lesnar. On the side note, "The Daily Show" host thought that wrestlers respect their audience as compared to the politicians, citing his hosting experience.
Meanwhile, some of the celebrities were also present during the event. The "Clarissa Explains It All" and "Sabrina, the Teenage Witch" star Melissa Joan Hart showed her love for the Total Divas as she shared photos with them on her Instagram account. Jersey Shore's JWoww and rapper Snoop Dogg also shared some of their photos, being wrestling fans.
