Iggy Azalea has reportedly agreed to dismiss the lawsuit she has filed against former boyfriend Maurice Williams after the latter allegedly stole her songs and had it signed with a record company without first obtaining her consent for such deal.
According to Entertainment Weekly, the stipulation to dismiss said case between the parties is awaiting final judicial approval before a federal court in California following its submission to the same court last Tuesday.
The singer whose real name is Amethyst Kelly has accused Williams of downloading her songs from her personal computer without her permission and allegedly sold it to a recording company.
Williams, who is also known as Jefe Wine among his other aliases, has produced a "cut-and-paste" recording agreement where he attached a forged signature of the "Fancy" rapper, The Wrap reported.
Williams has denied exploiting Azalea's name nor infringing the copyrights of the Australian rapper's music as per Entertainment Weekly.
Meanwhile Azalea has some bad news for her and close pal Demi Lovato's fans as the song they will collaborate in for Demi's upcoming album would not be released as a single.
As such, fans would not be able to listen to said collab without purchasing a copy of Demi's album in record stores or in itunes, MTV News confirmed.

The 24 year-old Sydney native has been engaged since early June this year after now fiancé Nick Young popped the question to her on the eve of his 30th birthday. Fans have gushed about the $500,000 engagement ring of Azalea which Young had designed with Jason of Beverly Hills, E! Online reported.
