Usher Wins Custody Battle Against Ex-Wife Tameka Foster

After her 11-year-old son Kile Glover died last month in a boating accident on a Georgia Lake, Tameka foster is suffering from another loss after losing custody of her remaining to children to ex-husband, Usher Raymond.
Grammy-winning R&B singer Usher and his ex, Tameka Foster Raymond, will share legal custody but Usher will have the primary caregiving role for Usher Raymond V, 4, and Naviyd Ely Raymond, 3, beginning Sept. 1.
The decision was made by a judge in Atlanta on Friday. Tameka Raymond will have visitation rights but the details of that have not been determined yet.
She and the singer, whose real name is Usher Raymond IV, married in 2007, divorced two years later, and have been battling in court ever since. Usher testified in May that during one visit, Tameka Raymond got into a fight with his girlfriend; Tameka Raymond's lawyer said he was exaggerating.
Usher's actions are being called very distasteful to some because of his lack of emotions towards Tameka and her recent loss.
A person who has never been in Tameka's shoes can more than likely not even begin to fathom the type of emotional distress that she is currently facing right now.
