"Heroes Reborn," which recently hosted a 4D interactive experience in Times Square, is just days away from its Sept. 21 two-hour premiere. A few of the original "Heroes" cast will be reprising their roles, but the focus of the reboot has been shifted to the new characters.
One of the new faces of "Heroes Reborn" that seems to be playing a significant role is Zachary Levi. According to Indie Wire, at present, the EVOs are being hunted by a new corporation and two hunters gone rogue — one of them is Levi's character, Luke Collins.
Before "Heroes Reborn," did you know that he was a voice actor of the famous video games "Fallout: New Vegas" and "Halo: Reach?" There may be a few more things fans probably don't know about him, and we have listed them below.
1. He never had any acting classes.
"Theater has been my entire training process," he said during an interview with Relevant Magazine.
He said that the kind of actor he is right now is because of the people he's worked with before — directors, writers and actors.
2. Acting has always been his passion.
Levi shared that ever since he was a kid, all he wanted to do was be an actor, and touch other people's lives.
"If you're not bringing the passion of the character into the room with you, you might as well not come into the room at all," he said.
3. He is proud of being a Christian.
He said if people would ask him about is his peace or comfort, where does he get his love or his talents? He would turn to them and say without blinking, "Jesus Christ."
4. He is a fan of the original "Heroes."
"I was a fan of the original series, and was friends with a lot of that cast," he revealed, Collider learned.
5. He revealed being afraid for his health.
Currently, Levi has The Nerd Machine, NerdHQ, "Heroes Reborn," "Tangled" and "Geeks who Drink," so he is busier than ever.
"I am afraid for my health," he admitted. "I'm definitely burning the candle a little, at both ends, and I have to be careful about that."
Will he be an ally or an enemy? We'll know more when "Heroes Reborn" returns to NBC.
