LeBron James does not mince words when he said that he wants Tristan Thompson back with the Cavs.

According to NBC Sports, Thompson is currently a player without an official contract as he declined to sign a qualifying offer from the Cleveland Cavaliers. That move put the young player in limbo as his only options are to sign Cleveland's offer or try his luck with the Philadelphia 76ers or to hope for Portland Blazers to offer him a max contract.

In an Instagram post, the 2-time James noted: "Get it done!!!! Straight up," directly voicing his support for Thompson to go with the Cavaliers.

The move from James may be attributed to the fact that he and Thompson have Rich Paul as their agent. Before the post, the King has remained generally silent about the issue. However, as with most cases, what LeBron wants, he usually gets and he wants Thompson back in the team.

As reported by the New York Post, LeBron said in a statement, "I've already addressed it." He further said, "I probably won't address it again too much more. Like I said, I'm optimistic that both sides will get something done and he'll be here sooner than later."

The offer from the Cavs isn't too bad according to Yahoo! Sports. The 24-year-old forward had a qualifying offer of $6.8 million, which expired last Thursday. Currently, he is a training camp holdout, hoping to sign either a three-year, $53 million deal or a max contract of five years for $94 million.

However, there are reports that the Cavaliers aren't too eager to give the young forward his demand and some are saying that his agent, Paul, may have overestimated their leverage.

But if LeBron James were to be asked, he wants to get these things done since according to him, "The last thing you need is a distraction when you try to make a championship run."
