Amid the sexual misconduct scandal that has plagued the Duggars up until now, five women are suing the Institute in Basic Life Principles (IBLP), the same ministry that homeschooled the infamous clan, for sexual harassment. The report came as Josh Duggar's wife Anna returned in Arkansas.

The latest sexual abuse controversy, which dragged the Duggars' name on the headlines, surfaced after five women accused the IBLP ministry for covering up abuse and appropriate touching. According to Cosmopolitan, the legal team of the victims decided to file a case after IBLP's Board of Directors refused to address the issue.

In the new lawsuit, which was filed on Tuesday in DuPage County Circuit Court in Illimois, claimed that IBLP, along with its employees and directors have "frequently received" sexual abuse, sexual harassment and inappropriate or unauthorized touching reports. However, they never reported the incidents, which are deemed serious and identified as potential criminal allegations to law enforcement authorities or the Illinois Department of Children & Family Services as mandated by state law, Washington Post reported.

The IBLP, which was the same ministry that welcomed the eldest son of the Duggars, Josh Duggar, after his confession of sexually abusing his younger sisters and family friend, has been in the middle of a controversy since 2014. It was the time when their founder, Bill Gothard, was accused of sexually harassing over 30 women and not reporting cases of child abuse, Daily Mail revealed. But what made it more scandalous was the report that some of the alleged victims were teenagers.

Meanwhile, Anna Duggar finally made her Arkansas return amid the scandal caused by her porn addict husband, Josh. And as she looks happier during Jill Dillard's farewell party, she is currently planning for divorce as she realized that her husband, who is seeking rehabilitation for porn addiction, had been unfaithful during their marriage.

Despite the scandal surrounding her husband's stint in rehab for a pornography addiction and infidelity, Anna Duggar seemed to be taking it all in stride as she appeared surprisingly happy and healthy in the most recent photos posted on The Dillard Family Blog. However, Anna had remained in relative hiding. Since then, it was rumored that she was spending time in Florida with her family, while the Duggars helped take care of her children, Inquisitr noted.

Anna Duggar, however, seeking a divorce after the Duggars reportedly sold their home in Arkansas. In spite of the rumors, the divorce seems unlikely considering the fact that Josh's wife is still spending time with the Duggars and even showing up in family photos.

In other news, Duggars siblings Jill Dillard and Jessa Seewald are reportedly trying to salvage their wealth derailed by their brother Josh and his sexual abuse scandal. Another report from Inquisitr claimed they are preparing for a disguised reboot of "19 Kids and Counting" titled, "Counting On."

Moreover, TLC is planning to air the Duggars' new show in three parts starting in December. For a preview of the show, watch the video below.
