Justin Bieber On His Latest Interview About Selena Gomez — 'I Just Want Her To Be Happy'

Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez were symbols of Hollywood's young love, and though the former flames are now living their separate lives, their names are still being linked together. Just like Jack and Jill, where there's Justin, there's Selena.
After everything that happened between the "What Do You Mean?" singer and the "Same Old Love" songstress, is there still a chance for them to rekindle their relationship?
"Maybe," Bieber, 21, said during his interview with Ellen DeGeneres on Monday's episode of "The Ellen DeGeneres Show." To him, getting back with his ex-girlfriend is possible because they have a lot of history together.
The show commenced its "Bieber Week" to celebrate the release the Canadian singer's new album, "Purpose," on Nov. 13, according to USA Today. This means that the pop star will be at the show, every day, for the rest of the week.
Bieber also admitted that it was tough because there were a lot of things that reminded him of Gomez, People reported. He added that he and "The Heart Wants What It Wants" singer are now on a journey of finding themselves, individual.
The "Where Are U Now" singer isn't leaving the door closed for his former love. He even said that once they had figured themselves out, maybe they can come together and be a cool duo.
"Or she'll find someone awesome and I'll find someone awesome," he added. "I just want her to be happy, honestly."
During the interview, he was also asked to name those songs that were inspired by Gomez, 23. DeGeneres may have been messing around when instead of Bieber, she was the one who answered "What Do You Mean?" — title of the single which debuted as No. 1 on Billboard Hot 100.
Bieber, on the other hand, did not seem to disagree. Afterwards, DeGeneres mentioned "Sorry" and he said, "Sorry — a little bit."
Finally, he mentioned "Mark My Words," as per the report of Billboard.
Meanwhile, the former Disney talent knew that despite the break-up, it's going to be difficult for people to separate her from him. They have invested so much on their love story that the Internet wanted to freeze that moment and constantly repeat it, Pop Sugar learned via Sunday Times.
However, things like this happen. Relationships falling apart and things coming to an end are part of life.
Bieber and Gomez dated some time back in 2010. Since then, their blossoming romance and their on and off relationship had been the topic of media.
