Coffee lovers and caffeine junkies, there is now a new way for you to satisfy those cravings — a little product called coffee gum.

According to the Daily Mail, two men named Geoffrey Woo and Michael Brand have created chewable coffee cubes, which each cube the equivalent of drinking half a cup of coffee.

Woo and Brand said, "We think all day about ways of helping people improve their mental performance and stay sharp all day."

Coffee has always been your shield during those cold weekday mornings or whenever you are pulling an all-nighter. But sometimes, preparing a cup can be a bit of a chore. You have to grind it, brew it and then pour it before you can drink it.

What's more? You have even have to wait at least 10 minutes for the caffeine to kick in. Sure, there's instant coffee for a quicker preparation, but people are complaining about its taste and lack of body stimulation. You can also opt to pay for it in your nearby coffee shop on your way to work, but apart from it being a tad overpriced, you also have to "move" to get your fix.

With the current society's ever shortening attention span and obsession for instant gratification, the coffee/caffeine product that this generation has been waiting for has finally arrived.

The coffee gum is also a good substitute for your cup of coffee when you're at work and too busy to prepare a drink. When you're too buried in your task, sneaking a piece or two of the coffee gum can work just as well.

But according to Caffeine Informer, the Go Cube is not exactly the first one to do this as a gum laced with caffeine already existed before.

However, do not expect that these caffeine gums to taste like coffee as they may come in a wide array of flavors. But for the sake of placebo and authenticity, you'd want a coffee-flavored gum. In short, a coffee gum.

Apart from the Go Cube by Geoffrey Woo and Michael Brand, there are also other coffee gums available in the market, Sparklette has learned.

Lotte, a known confectionery manufacturer hailing from Asia, also created its own brand of coffee-based candy, among them is coffee gum.

But for those curious to try the Go Cube, it was reported that it contains approximately 50 milligrams of caffeine, about 10 milligrams of Vitamin B6 and just 35 calories.

Also, it's made from full vegan ingredients so it's exactly fit for everyone's consumption unless, of course, you have caffeine allergies.

But no matter how you take it, one thing is for certain: making it through the day can be hard without coffee.
