And as the comedy-horror drama is about to end, fans will be left with the knowledge of who will die or who will survive as the Red Devil Killer or Killers reveal their identities.
Prior to "Scream Queens" Season 1 Episodes 12 and 13, Murphy has already hinted that only four or five characters of the beloved series will live. So, as the series begins to drop the mystery cards, here are 5 reepy-as-hell scoops about the two-hour finale episodes titled, "Dorkus" and "The Final Girls."
1. Melanie Dorkus is back in "Scream Queens" Season 1 Finale?
Based on the spoiler article of Hidden Remote, Dorkus is actually the last name of the former Kappa Kappa Tau Sorority President before the vicious Chanel Oberlin (Emma Roberts). Melanie Dorkus (Briane Howey) was last seen in the pilot episode where she was severely burned after her self-tanner had been tampered. As the title for the upcoming episode suggests, fans will likely see her again in the finale as well as her possible involvement with the murders.
2. The most awkward sex scenes revealed in "Scream Queens" Season 1 Finale!
In the upcoming "Scream Queens" Season 1 Episodes 12 and 13, fans will surely be surprised with the most awkward sexual encounters between Chad Radwell (Glen Powell) and Denise Hemphill (Niecy Nash) as well as Dean Munsch (Jamie Lee Curtis) and Wes (Oliver Hudson), TVLine hinted.
3. Who is the Red Devil Killer in "Scream Queens" Season 1 Finale?
As things get creepier about Red Devil Killer's identity, another Hidden Remote spoiler revealed three clues. One, the masked murderer is likely a guy - Chad, perhaps? Two, the killer might also be a girl after Zayday discovered the murderer was wearing a red wig cap. Lastly, there might be not just one but three Red Devil Killers - Chanel No. 5 (Abigail Breslin), Chanel No. 3 (Billie Lourd) and the original Chanel, who were all seen in an orange jumpsuit in one of the season finale photos.
4. Grace could also be the Red Devil Killer in "Scream Queens" Season 1 Finale
Aside from Chanel and her minions, Grace, who has been an oddly suspicious character since the very beginning of the series, might also be the potential killer. According to International Business Times, Grace (Skyler Samuels) can be also the Red Devil Killer since she's involved in the bathtub baby scandal and her biological father is Wes, who is Boone's (Nick Jonas) dad too. So, do you think she's the masked murderer?
5. "Scream Queens" Season 1 Finale Synopsis
"In the Season 1 finale, startling confessions lead to the unmasking of the Red Devil and the identity of the killer," the synopsis of the upcoming Episode 12 and 13 of the series, as per TV Guide.
