American rapper, singer and actor Ja Rule, best known for his songs I'm Real, Ain't It Funny and a lot more, addresses the use of the N-word by the people from different races, mostly the "whites" and questions why Justin Bieber got to recive a pass when used it.

In a session with Vlad TV, Ja Rule said that there's no way around it, especially when the most listened to music today are produced by the Hip-Hop favorites, usually with the N word being mentioned in the lyrics.

Ja Rule told Vlad TV that in a recent concert that he went to where Metro Boomin was the DJ, the song All Day by Kanye West was played in full on concert speakers. That popular song has these words on it: How long you n****s ball? All day, n****! He added that Metro Boomin was fading the N word that had him laughing at the balcony because they're just singing a song and having fun. "It's Hip-Hop, man. What do you expect them to do?" Ja Rule adds. He says it's inevitable because people will sing along no matter what. He also stated that he 'didn't know how to combat' those type of things.

Ja Rule used the popstar Justin Bieber as an example of how the N word has been used by a "white boy" but got a pass because he was young and apparently 'doesn't know better'. "Let's bring Justin Bieber into this for a great example," he stated. "He has the video that came a few years ago singing 'one lonely n****' or whatever. He got a pass because we all looked at it like 'He's a kid. He doesn't know no better. He probably doesn't even know the history of the word'... It's hard to determine who can say the word, who cannot say the word... The word has a different meaning now. It's not the same."
