Just when they are one step closer to their success, some people let the power of failure get to them. This is where the negativity comes out. Some goals become harder to reach, some dreams become too unrealistic, and some people begin to give up. Before you even think about it, take a look at these 5 famous entrepreneurs who were on the verge of giving up, probably gave up at some point, but lifted their heads up and decided to move on:
1. Milton Hershey of Hershey's. He kicked off his career as a nobody. It was after he got fired from an attrenticeship that he started three separate candy-related enterprises, only to be forced to watch all of them crumble. Being a firm believer of his vision for milk chocolate for the people, he founded the Hershey Company that is loved by everyone from different parts of the world.
2. Steve Jobs of Apple. This remarkable entrepreneur who have made radical and significant changes for the tech world was once kicked out by Apple. Jobs did not let the enormous failure stop him from getting back in the game, he then founded a new company called NeXT, which Apple eventually acquired.
3. Walt Disney. Believe it or not, this genius who is responsible for most of our favorite films, was once fired from his job because he apparently lacked creativity. Driven by perseverance, Disney formed his first animation company called Laugh-O-Gram Films, which was later forced to close. He eventually found his way to Hollywood and the rest is history.
4. Ariana Huffington of the Huffington Post. Her second book, long before Huffington Post dominated, was rejected by 36 publishers before accepted for publication.
5. Bill Gates of Microsoft. Always included in the lists of the world's wealthiest people, Gates once had to watch his first company fall. Alongside his co-founder and business partner Paul Allen, he tried to sell his ideas but his product barely worked.
