You probably have a hectic enough schedule with as a full-time student, intern or worker. Nevertheless you could find spare time to devote to making money out of your hobbies on the side to supplement your income or lack thereof. Many hobbies are a way to decompress and relax the mind. However you could use your knowledge and skills to share to others and earn a bit of cash in the meantime!

1. Photography

Professional photorgraphy is a demanding job however you could be a casual employee in stock photography. It can also increase your exposure by word of mouth for doing photographs at discount prices and deals at events.
2. Gardening & Growing your own Veggies

Do you have a gift with caring and tending plants? You could use the summertime to grow vegetables and fruits and gain a little income with your produce during the year. All you have to do is keep up with your garden and you can then keep some for yourself and sell some to your friends, family and acquaintances. Remember to research laws on selling produce in the area of which you live in.

Flowers

Do you have an artist’s eye and love flowers? Take care of flowers and grow them. You could use your talent to cater flowers on the side and sell them as decoration or during special holidays.

3. Shopping

Are you a shopaholic or love window shopping? Do you have a keen eye for fashion? How would you like to get paid to shop? You could try mystery shopping.

Dog Walker
Love dogs? Maybe you don’t have one of my own? You could try walking other people’s dogs or dog-sitting. It is also a great way to get exercise in the outdoors!

Get Crafty
How about making some crafts and selling them online? Etsy is a great source to sell your arts and crafts. Etsy.com allows you to create your own business name. you could also create a Facebook page displaying your art and get your name out like that.

5. Organizing

You could easily earn approximately $10-24 per hour for your organizing skills.
