The much-awaited Suicide Squad has DC fans quite excited. The DC Extended Universe film has recently revealed the enemy and the trailer has shown that it's not a member of the group - possibly.
So who is the real bad guy in the movie? Theories have sprouted that the Joker, played by Jared Leto, could be the villain behind the evil. One other theory thinks that Enchantress, played by Cara Delevigne is behind the trouble.
But the latest trailer for Suicide Squad reveals that there is a mysterious individual behind the subway scene. If you look closely, there is someone destroying the train.
Reports have pointed that it could be an unknown DC character named the Floronic man. The Floronic Man is a Justice League villain who is also known as the Plant Master. But this is just a theory and nothing else in the trailer points to who the big bad wolf could be.
The introduction of these villains-turned good guys is supposedly a design to make their initial appearances prior to becoming the antagonists with the superheros they are connected to.
For years, DC fans have made it known that nothing will ever trump the ultimate Superman versus Batman combo. That is until Suicide Squad made its presence known in the DC universe. It has also been rumored that Jesse Eisenberg's Lex Luthor is making an appearance in the movie.
Comic book followers are quite critical about the merging of each character's background story but for now everyone only has to wait until the movie release.
The movie Suicide Squad is a group of imprisoned supervillains that the government has recruited to secretly execute missions to save the world in exchange for shorter prison sentences. The movie stars Jared Leto, Cara Delevigne, Margot Robbie and Will Smith. It is scheduled to air in theaters on August 5, 2016.
