Why You Need To Quit Your Job Now

Are you still happy with your work? If so, you are one of the lucky ones. However, if you're feeling dissatisfied with your current work and you still stay longer than necessary you may do a lasting damage to your health and your career.
Here are some legitimate reasons why you need to quit your job now and find another that will be more fulfilling and lasting.
1. Stay too long and you will have a job reference that won't be to your advantage.
If your relationship with your boss is not really that good, how will you include him in your job reference knowing that he won't be able to say good things about you? So quit early and save yourself from getting into this position.
2. You will get used to bad working conditions.
Just like the proverbial frog in a bowl of slow boiling water, you won't be able to determine if the situation in your workplace is already that bad because you been used to accommodating bad vibes.
The water in the bowl is slowly being heated up and the frog was getting used to the slow cooking, until he is not able to jump out of the bowl anymore because his legs are so cooked up. Don't let that happen to you.
3. Your job has become redundant
Perhaps your company is merging or integrating with another company or there is a new machine that the company bought which will handle the majority of your everyday tasks. Rather than suffer the humiliation of being fired out, start looking for a greener pasture where your service will be appreciated more.
4. Your job is preventing you from growing professionally
If you have a college degree, and you are forced to do clerical work just because it is the only work that opened up and you need the money, that's fine. But don't stay too long if you suspect that the company has no intention of promoting you anytime soon.
