Fans of Pokemon Go, the free-to-play mobile game, now have many reasons to celebrate. There was no news about it since it was announced in September 2015.
But now, this very exciting game appears to have taken new life and energy. Pokemon Go enables players to train, catch and fight monsters in the real world and its upcoming release will be one of the topics in the GDC talk of the developer Niantic.
In the forthcoming Game Developers Conference, John Hanke, Niantic Chief Executive, will discuss "how the company has developed a unique vision for delivering a mobile Pokemon experience that gets would-be trainers into the outdoors."
Pokemon Go has hooked a lot of people around the world. But many probably don't know about some the secrets why it became so popular.
This game will really put the excitement and thrills to a higher level. A gamer will not be limited to his mobile's screen but he will have the real world as his playground.
To play the game, the player has to wear a wrist band that is wired to his mobile phone which receives communication signals through Bluetooth. When he gets close to a wild Pokémon or a trainer for a battle, the wrist band vibrates, notifying him that a Pokémon is near and he can then throw a 'ball' to destroy the monster.
Real world gaming design is what makes Pokemon GO different from a lot of video games. And in being so designed, it heightens the challenges and the excitement. The game is filled with hundreds of monsters, all brightly-colored and roaming around the world.
Nintendo created the wrist band intended for the game to make it more thrilling. More exciting news and relevant details about the game will be discussed by John Hanke at the upcoming GDC conference. At the conference, attendees will also be able to witness how players use and interact with Pokemon GO.
