Pawn Stars Fined for Leaving Garbage at Campsite

Richard “Rick” Harrison and his son Corey were allegedly fined last month after they left behind their trash on a campground in California. Rick and Corey are stars of the hit reality TV series, Pawn Stars. According to a report from TMZ, the Harrisons and several of their friends were each fined $1000 for littering the campsite with garbage and beer bottles. Rick had supposedly told police that he had a friend who was an “expert on fines,” and that the fine should only be $50 per person.
Unfortunately for the Harrisons and their crew, trashing a campground in the state of California is classified as a misdemeanor and that the fines are non-negotiable. Corey Harrison made light of the incident and said that the crew of Pawn Stars were not fined and that he had left the campsite early with his father, and that his friends were supposed to clean up.
However, his friends did not clean up their mess and they each got hit with a fine for their troubles. According to local law enforcement, the site had enough trash to fill up at least 10 garbage bags. To make things worse, this whole incident had occurred during Thanksgiving weekend as well.
