You May Have A Toxic Job If The Following Is True

It is important to have a job that you are satisfied with, for if you don't, your health will suffer. You must remember that your work takes up a third of your time and if you're not happy during those times, imagine the havoc it will wreak on your body.
So, if you want to keep working and to stay healthy at the same time, make sure that you don't have the following conditions in your job.
It is not wrong to work overtime in order to finish an urgent job. But it is not right to always work overtime just to finish your job. If the latter is true, it means you are overworking yourself (if you're in business) or your boss is overworking you (if you are an employee).
If you find yourself getting increasingly irritable towards your co-workers and this irritation leads you to bursts of anger, it is time to consider throwing the towel and seek another occupation.
Another alternative is: you must be ready to adapt, forgive and compromise (in the right way). If you don't, you'll have fits of anger that will make your boss angry - at you. Remember, if you're only an employee you virtually have no control about who will populate your workplace.
3. Brown nosing
In a published report, the Journal of Management Studies suggested that professionals who brown nose their bosses in their desire to upgrade their positions in the office hierarchy can avoid the mental stress of being ostracized by the rest of his colleagues if they stop sucking up to their bosses.
4. You are losing your confidence
When you begin to doubt your capabilities of doing your job since it appears to you that other co-workers are more competent than you are, that's the time when your job may start to become toxic. Don't compare yourself to others and just do the best you can and you will overcome your feeling of low self-worth.
