By Staff Reporter | Feb 29, 2016 04:18 AM EST
Andrew Garfield and Emma Stone's current status is breaking a lot of hearts. New rumors have surfaced that the well-liked couple are officially not together after several split rumors circulated in 2015.
With the couple's high regard for privacy, the public may not really know if Emma and Andrew are still together or not. However, some reports are certain that the "Amazing Spider-Man" stars are still in love, and that all hope is not lost.
"Many still insist they are hiding behind the rumors and in reality; they are very much in love," Movie News Guide reported. "Both had a realization that if they believe everything from various celebrity newspapers, their relationship might suffer. If they shield it from the media, they will stick and flourish."
"The Emma Stone and Andrew Garfield tandem on-screen was so good that many fans wish they end up in real life. Their clandestine relationship is difficult to assess but it is best to hope for a future together for the 'Amazing Spiderman' couple."
As previous rumors suggested, their alleged break-up could just be a promotional stint for Emma's new movie, "La La Land." Could this be a spark of hope for the fans of the well-liked couple?
"This is basically an official confirmation...without a name attached to it," Lainey Gossip said. "What's interesting to me here then is that whoever this is - and in my opinion it's obviously the publicist - doesn't want to take responsibility for the statement."
"Emma and Andrew have claimed before that they don't talk about their personal lives publicly so they wouldn't want to set the precedent."
