"Game of Thrones" Season 6 spoilers are definitely getting more interesting as the series' premiere date looms. While fans still have more than a month before the show returns on TV, several photos and major teasers have already been released.
Following the annoyingly ambiguous sneak peeks, the newly-released "Game of Thrones" spoilers have finally shed some light on some of the events on the next chapter of the hit HBO series. According to Business Insider, the behind-the-scenes featurette will allow fans to get a glimpse of some of the major happenings in the upcoming season.
While fans are dying to know what Jon Snow's (Kit Harrington) fate will be after the bloody carnage in the Season 5 finale, the latest "Game of Thrones" Season 6 spoilers do not reveal any clues about what really happened to him.
Fans, however, will see a reunion between Ser Davos Seaworth (Liam Cunningham) and Red Priestess Melisandre (Carice van Houten) in the upcoming season. In addition, Ellie Kendrick will also return to the series as Bran Stark's (Isaac Hempstead Wright) guide, Meera Reed, Daily Express revealed.
The "Game of Thrones" Season 6 spoilers and featurette also showed a snippet of the newly occupied Winterfell as well as Jorah Mormont (Iain Glen) and Daario Naharis' (Michiel Huisman) journey in finding Daenerys Targaryen (Emilia Clarke), who was abducted by the Dothraki warriors.
Aside from the scenes where large-scale armies were seen gathering, there's also a part that depicted a happier occasion, where two children were seen playing in the courtyard, sans the heavy snow of winter that currently ravages the North, The Hollywood Reporter noted.
Since avid "GoT" fans are eager to know if Jon Snow is still alive, 29-year-old actress Emilia Clarke recently made a surprising revelation during the Film Independent Awards on Saturday night. When she asked to give a wink if the Bastard of Winterfell is still alive, Clarke gutsily obliged before announcing the nominees.
Meanwhile, actress Sophie Turner accidentally dropped a major "Game of Thrones" spoiler at the 2016 Oscars red carpet event. As per Entertainment Weekly, Turner strongly hinted that Sansa Stark survives in the upcoming season, adding that more deaths will be seen in the sixth season of the series.
"Game of Thrones" 10-episode Season 6 will premiere on HBO at 9 p.m. on Sunday, April 24. For free online stream link, click here.
