Opening up a topic that has always been non-discussed, Mike Tyson finally talked about catching Brad Pitt with his ex-wife, Movie News Guide reported on Friday.
The actor and the boxer may not have the best first memory of meeting each other especially because of the fact that Tyson caught Pitt in the same room as his ex-wife Robin Givens, according to HollywoodLife.com.
Finally, after thirty years, Tyson has decided to dish the juicy story about the awkward encounter. The boxer appeared on The Real, and he seemed to be unprepared for the question that was about to be thrown at him. When the topic about Pitt and Givens was once opened, he had to take a couple of deep breaths before opening his mouth.
“I didn’t really catch them in the act, maybe right before the act,” the pro boxer admitted. He also explained that he came to stop by the house that he and Givens shared before they proceeded with finalizing things with their divorce lawyers. To his dismay, Pitt was already keeping Givens company even before he came into the scene.
Although at the time, this was a huge deal for the boxer, it’s obvious how he can just laugh at the incident in the present time. According to HollywoodLife.com, Tyson was “practically like a comedian” while he was telling the story. He also admitted that he thinks Pitt is “a really nice guy”. Even though Tyson never actually made it clear if he has since seen Pitt after that awkward incident, he said that he holds no grudge against him. Las Vegas Review-Journal also revealed that nowadays, Tyson has become more of a funny guy that can tell his old, even awkward stories to people and has gotten used to others laughing at his life story and experiences.
