Tom Hiddleston and Elizabeth Olsen's "dating" rumors has sparked yet again. The "I Saw The Light" co-stars alleged romance may be a thing of the past as some reports hinted, but did it really happen?
The idea of Hiddleston and Olsen's blossoming romance started when the two "Avengers" stars were spotted riding a cab together and getting dinner in London last July 2015. E! Online detailed this accidental engagement between the two as they rode on the cab looking shocked and both wearing black colored ensemble.
Although the pictures seemed like Hiddleston and Olsen are together, the 27-year-old "Avengers: Age of Ultron" actress once denied the speculations about her blossoming romance with Hiddleston, and even claimed that they are just "very good friends." "I mean, we definitely are friends and we've known each other for about four years. And we happened to be at a restaurant at a wrong time having dinner. We all go out to dinner," Olsen cleared as reported by Just Jared (via Refinery29).
However, Socialitelife noted that after both actors shared the screen in the "I Saw The Light." Olsen was captured as seen in an Instagram photo mingling on the set of Hiddleston's next film, "Kong: Skull Island." This apparently hinted the idea that they are more than just co-stars and friends.
"Kong: Skull Island" is Hiddleston's 2017 film after "I Saw The Light" and the movie is a reboot of the "King Kong" franchise. Currently, Hiddleston is now busy with an AMC miniseries entitled "The Night Manager" which will premiere in April.
Olsen on the other hand is starring in the 2016 movie "Captain America: Civil War" alongside Chris Evans, Paul Bettany, Scarlett Johansson and many others.
Catch Hiddleston and Olsen in "I Saw The Light" on Mar. 25, 2016.
