While Bethesda has yet to spill major details on the "Elder Scrolls 6" release date, online rumors continue to circulate to keep fans afloat.

Many are claiming that the developer's major announcement about the new installment could be made at the E3 2016.  Bethesda has been reportedly preparing for the gaming event, making fans wonder whether an update on "Elder Scrolls 6" will be part of their agenda.

"The Elder Scrolls is a huge series for Bethesda," Neurogadget reported. "Like Fallout 4, The Elder Scrolls 6 would be the sort of hype-inducing game to make an E3 stage show huge. On the other hand, it still feels too soon for The Elder Scrolls 6 to actually release, and Bethesda doesn't seem to favor making announcements too far ahead of time."

Meanwhile, new reports are suggesting that a new development inside Bethesda could signal the start of production for the highly anticipated sixth installment. According to reports, Bethesda has recently posted four new job openings.  While this could mean anything, fans are speculating that this could actually have something to do with pending "Elder Scrolls 6" work.

"The post stated that Bethesda is looking for a game programmer, an engine programmer, and two graphics programmers," Yibada reported. "The job posting as well revealed that Jeff Gardiner, the lead producer of 'Fallout 4,' and Dave Schreiber, sound designer of 'Skyrim,' are on the list as well for the unannounced game.

It was previously hinted by lead designer Todd Howard that Bethesda has three new games underway.  Could "Elder Scrolls 6" be one of them?
