Selena Gomez's new album will have a new sound, reports suggested. Fans can expect that Gomez's new tracks will be different from her two previous albums "Stars Dance" and "Revival."
Recently, the updates regarding the new album of the "Same Old Love" songstress hints a collaboration with "See You Again" rapper Whiz Khalifa and even shared a photo with him over the social media. "The hip-hop star hinted at the duet in a post on social media app Snapchat on Thursday, when he shared a brief video clip of himself in a studio with Selena. TV3 reported. "The 23-year-old was shown bobbing her head along to a tune, before greeting Wiz's followers by blowing them a kiss."
Although the details of the said collaboration between Gomez and Khalifa was not totally confirmed, Gomez was very generous to share how "inspired" she is in making the new album.
"I'm already getting back in the studio with everybody that I love and I've been more inspired than ever," Gomez said from TV3.
Meanwhile, Gomez's last album was revealed to be inspired by her experiences with her ex-flame Justin Bieber. According to outlet, the "Hands to Myself" singer previously used her "chaotic" feelings and past experiences with former boyfriend Justin Bieber in making her second album entitled "Revival."
''This is what I've always loved to do and I had so much to prove, I was in a point in my career where I was very motivated by the chaos that was around me," she said.
''There was a lot of noise - the world had an opinion on my life and it was a little invasive. I wanted to use that as motivation to write this album and to create something that was authentic and was real and genuine and me. Now I am a little bit more open.''
Although there is still no further details mentioned regarding the album of Selena Gomez, it is expected that the album will come out anytime in 2016.
