T-Mobile has recently announced that it is including Amazon music, ESPN Radio and other sites to its Music Freedom services. When streaming free video and music is concerned, there is nothing that would beat this current offer.
The company also made a number of video streaming services available in its Binge On service. These include Daily Motion and TV Land. These recent additions have brought the total number of companies participating in Binge On and Music Freedom to over 100.
Currently, Music Freedom has about 40 music and audio services, while Binge On has signed up 62 video streaming providers.
According to a report from Un-carrier last Tuesday, under this new setup, customers of T-Mobile can now stream music and video from companies such as Amazon Video, Netflix, Apple Music, HBO Now, Spotify and Pandora.
This offering is part of the company's latest expansion of its streaming services. Under this expansion, the company signed on an additional 16 partners.
Apart from Amazon and ESPN Radio, the current partners of T-Mobile under Music Freedom include Uforia, Chilltrax, PreDanz, and OHIO.FM. On Binge On, the additional partners are 120 Sport, Daily Motion, YipTV, OVGuide, Viki, OWNZONES and EPIX.
Out of the more than 100 additional partners, Binge On has over 60 participants while Music Freedom has over 40 contributors.
According to Un-carrier, on a monthly basis, about 96 percent of all music that customers stream come from Music Freedom, while around 70 percent of all videos streamed by customers are through Binge On.
The two types of streaming services from T-Mobile operate practically operates the same way. If a customer streams audio or video from one of the company's supported services, it will not count on his monthly allowance.
The music streaming service is available to customers who have T-Mobile Simple Choice plans. But in order to get this service, they have to have a plan that allow them at least 3 GB of monthly data.
