In a former report from Star Tribune, it has even noted that these apps have become popular all across the world.
According to the same report, "Two of Asia's biggest social media players, Kakao Talk and Line, are growing by making mobile messaging apps an integral part of the lives of young Asians who prefer to communicate more privately instead of shouting out in virtual arenas and risking troubles with trolls, or disclosing aspects of their lives."
Also, indications that connecting with other individuals are setting up a trend of connecting in a different way. It has even revealed that most people are using social medias to search for and even to look for jobs. To prove the latter, LinkedIn was also used to connect individuals to others that are in line with theirs skills and expertise, as reported by Jobs & Hire.
Although there are no direct indications that Kakao Talk, Line and other SNS such as Facebook, Snapchat and even Twitter applications have propelled others to success, it is an undeniable fact people are using the social media to relay their thoughts, show off their skills and expertise and at the same market their services. With that in mind, it can be noted that these apps have aided jobseekers in finding their dream job as well.
