Amanda Bynes, the What a Girl Wants star born in Thousand Oaks, California, has once again arrested and, this time, endangering the neighbors who lived near her.
The child star that first began her career in her own variety show called "The Amanda Show" when she was only 13. She starred in every skit except one.
As she grew older as a talented comedienne, the Love Wrecked star began to have signs of mental illness and is pushing against many social boundaries.
Bynes has been hitting the headlines with her racy selfie-tweets; her recent denial of access to a private jet when trying to use google as her ID; and her nose surgery that was done to remove the webbed skin between her eyes.
Her apartment manager called in to the cops Thursday night. The manager reported that the 27-year-old celeb was smoking pot in the lobby.
Bynes had returned to her apartment when the police arrived, and when they saw the pipe lying on a table, she took it and chucked the foot-long device down the street.
The Easy A star has been charged of tampering with evidence, reckless endangerment and marijuana possession.
Amanda's parents are consulting lawyers to obtain conservatorship over their daughter, to bring her back home. Her disturbingly alarming behavior is caused by her consuming of large amounts of drugs. It is reported that it is making her "more paranoid instead of mellowing her out."
