The 20-year-old murder suspect Claude Alexander Allen III is the son of an ex-aide to President George W. Bush has been arrested for maiming and killing a man with a hatchet.

Victim Michael Phillip Harvey, 25 years old, seemed to have been attacked by the Allen early Friday morning. The victim was found "in a wooded area behind the residence," said the police.

There were no signs of forced entry, so, law enforcement have come to believe that the victim knew the suspect.

The police started to find Allen suspicious when his testimony could not be verified.

The prior marijuana possession accused is the son of Claude A. Allen, who, from 2005 to 2006, was a domestic policy advisor for President Bush. His term ended when the news of his arrest for stealing from a department store reached the President.

Allen's mother claims that he had been emotionally distressed after Hurricane Katrina when they lived "out of storage boxes in a friend's basement." The elder Allen had been working 14 hours a day.
