Toxic employees are like cancer. They absorb the positive energy in the workplace and always end the day feeling tired, exhausted, and unfulfilled.

The attention seeker

In every office, there is a toxic employee or employees. This kind of person is considered to be dangerous for the environment since they would constantly try to show off their skills, talents, and performances. They would want everyone to know just how gifted they are and how we should praise them and follow in their footsteps.

They usually are the kind of workers who don't care who they step on as long as they get the approval of the bosses.

Wallflowers

A wallflower toxic employee is a kind of employee who does not achieve much in the workplace. They also do not contribute a lot in teams. They don't bother to get to know the people around them, the bosses, and even the company as a whole.

The good-for-nothing employee

These employees are those that landed in the wrong place. Yes, they ae active and all, but they don't achieve much as well. They spend most of their time trying to know what the others are up to.

They are the best kind of distraction one can get for the whole day.

The rebellious one

These employees are rule breakers and do not give a care about work and company ethics. They wear what they want to wear and do what they want to do. They follow their own schedule.

The victims

These employees tend to postpone deadlines and other projects because they have headaches, family emergencies, and other uncontrollable situations. They always are the victims of bad luck. They might be hardworking, but they are just not up for the challenge. The only thing they can do is pass on the burdens to co-employees.
