Despite the huge success that "Attack on Titan" has attained, the prolonged hiatus is not readily accepted anymore. It has been noted that the creators are tired of doing the series sequel and opted for distraction and divergence instead.
When the first "Attack on Titan" ended in 2014, fans expected an announcement about the second season but none has been made yet. Despite the mystery, season 2 production has been put on hold and cancelled for two times. The delay resulted created inconsistencies in the storyline and in the updates, reports Christian Daily.
Since the series is taken from its manga counterpart, the chain of episodes cannot press on if not the manga has four story arcs in advance. The manga needs to catch up as it currently has two story arcs only. Due to this lack of coherence, some speculated that the creators will just make a new story line, far different from the original manga so production can proceed immediately, reports the same post.
However, even though speculations are rising regarding "Attack on Titan" and its updates, the creators remained resilient to weather the string of events. Moreover, it has been mentioned, "Attack on Titan" season 2 aims on releasing the episode sequel in July. If the timeframe is followed, it would be a day of reckoning for the series and the possibility of influx sales and revenues to turn the business trend in their favor is now a possibility, according to a separate article published by Jobs & Hire.
Despite the anticipated storyline, it should be taken with a grain of salt since the creators are still mum on the given and precise date. It is irrefutable that "Attack On Titan" news and updates have led many flaws as well as notions of the creators themselves growing tired and weary and preferred to opt for distraction and divergence instead.
